I know exactly how you feel! I don’t go through unhealthy eating kicks, but I go through (and am right now) not exercising phases. So this is a bit tough to answer. When you don’t feel like working out or are starting to get into the bad phase, just try to work through it and do a work out anyway. Don’t buy any bad food. Just think about how crappy it makes you feel and how truly disgusting it is.
