SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Religare Health Trust is set to launch an up to $400 million initial public offering in Singapore, a source said, in a move that will allow the backer of the trust, Indian hospitals group Fortis Healthcare, to cut its substantial debt level. The trust, which will own assets managed by Fortis, plans to begin premarketing of the IPO in early September, said the source who had direct knowledge of the deal. Mugabe returns from medical checks in Singapore
HARARE (Reuters) - Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe returned from another trip to Singapore for medical checks on Saturday, state media reported. Mugabe flew to Singapore on Monday for what his aides said was a routine medical check-up, reviving speculation about the health of the 88-year-old leader who has denied reports he has cancer. State television described Mugabe as "fit and strong" and showed him being received at Harare's international airport by senior government and security officials. ... read more..
